req 8 Dmg + 19% while health is below 50 =( Life Stealing: 5 Health regeneration: -1 It could of been perfect if it was 19%^50, im crushed =( |

I'd say salvage it since you can get 5k-10k for the life stealing mod. Though wait for a second opinion.

Nah the mod is around 3k, but since the storm bow is low req, maybe try selling it for 5k

Vampiric Mod can give you 5-10k pretty easily. I'd salvage that bow as well..
